Amen to the comments that "DO NOT Call " list is a waste of taxpayers money. I have been on the list for the last 15 years and never had a day without an un-wanted and un-waranteed call !
I'm told that the Federal Do Not Call list doesn't apply to bill collectors doing skip tracing. I received a call from this number, Caller Id said "Per R", it's interesting that this is really RPM, who have a terrible reputation, and have called me before for another name.
They asked for someone I never heard of, did say it was a private call and they will remove this number. I've had this new number (Comcast igital Voice) for about 6 weeks.
I get this call a lot to and no I do not owe anything to any one. Each time they ask for a name I do not know. This time was for a Rubie, I don't know a Rubie
