Message came up on my computer and I was a little sketchy, knowing it might be a scam.
Called them and hung up, but they called me back, so i said wrong number and hung up lol
Affected websites appear to be askrighthelp.org askrighthelp.com askrighthelp.infor 247techcenter.us customertech.net The website owner, who's home corresponds to the address on the website, lives at 39 Alex Dr, Attleboro, MA 02703. I called the Attleboro Police and advised them of the situation (they are collecting private information while representing that they work for Cox communications) and they advised I must file a police report where I live. The owner of the website and the house at 39 Alex Dr. is Mandeep S. Ahluwalia. They also use the number 1-800-982-1678.

I called what I thought was Comcast and when the connection was lost, the man "Errick" called me back on this number. As you all have said, this is a scam so I reported it to the FBI's Crime Complaint Center and I encourage you all to do the same as a lot of times, they do not actively investigate 1 claim but if there are many for the same company/telephone number, they are more likely to pursue it. I dialed the number ''Customer Service 1-800-786-5207" trying to reach Frontier Communication, to solve a problem with my phone line. A man on the line wanted me to give him access to my computer so that he could fix my phone line. I refused and hung up. He called back from 302-397-0107 and tried to convince me that the problem with my phone line was due to people hacking into my computer and my phone line. He gave me instruction on how to see the errors on my computer (using www.support.me). I hung up again, then I tried to call the number, which cannot receive incoming calls. I googled the number and found that several people were scammed by someone from this same number (302-397-0107).
