Got the same letter addressed to me in NJ.  Hand written envelope and also signed by Jackie Weber.  Also went to web-site and thought it looked a little fishy.  Reading your comments above as just confirmed my thoughts that this a scam.  The call back number on my letter is 973-310-9092.

They made the mistake of using the USPS for thier scam, and the letter will be forwarded to the OIG (Postal Inspectors). Thank you for all the testimonials.

I also received a letter from them. Envelope of letter was hand written and no return address, which right away sent out a warning that something is up.  Did not waste my time by calling.
