When I picked up the phone, the guy on the other side politely explained that due to low demand for home phones, Verizon decided to cut phone bill by 40%. But in order to do that, they need to verify some personal information. The guy became very angry by raising voice when I said that I will call Verizon. The guy was very demanding and insulting. The person ended the call by stating '[***] Off'. I don't usually get upset but that set me off. I called the number and the automated service sounded like, 'Weslet Communications' and gave a 800 number if I wanted to put it on do not call list. I am going to call Verizon as well.
My parent's just change their home number to a new number and ever since they switched we been getting calls from this number. I told them numerous amount of times to stop calling that I wasn't interested and they keep trying to tell me their spill. Well today I just lost it. I had some guy (sound like he was in his 30's) and was straight harassing my mother, she works for the government and she told him that and he said she was a lier and all kinda of other stuff. She just had surgery and she hung up on him and what does he do? He calls back. Boy I let him have it. First of all who are you to call people a lier? I said he was harassing us and he claimed "harassing" is sexual haraasemnt and that he wasn't doing that. He continued on and on and wouldn't let me talk and that's when I lost and told him to basically f*** off and hung up. He called again. I need to find a way to block this number....I'm about to fly over to Delaware and kick someone in the face.
