Wanted to lower credit card interest to 6. something, and was told to press 9

I keep getting these calls and they will not tekk me either who they are!

It was a recorded message about a credit card.(My mom doesn't have a credit card)Message was to lower interest rate to 6.9%. Press 9 to speak to a customer representative. Sounds like a scam to me.

yah they call me way too much and i don't even have CREDIT CARD.. i think its SCAM don't GIVE them any INFO!!! but weird i got this call on jun 8th and today the jun 9th I'm getting calls from 734-542-7758 Market Strategies they may be connected so Watch out..
