Picked this call up. It says "This is your card holder. There are no problems with your account. We are calling because you are eligble to receive a lower interest rate. The rate is as low as 6.99%. This offer expires soon. Please press 9 to be connected to an operator. Consider this your final notice."
Don't press 9, people! It'll probably send you to like India or something... ugh. How annoying.. how illegal.. I thought robocalls were against the law now?

Obviously a phony number. Robocalls are now illegal as of Sept. 1st '09
These clowns need to find a new scam, this one is outdated and over-used.
The FTC has their number...their time is running out.
