Picked this call up. It says "This is your card holder. There are no problems with your account. We are calling because you are eligble to receive a lower interest rate. The rate is as low as 6.99%. This offer expires soon. Please press 9 to be connected to an operator. Consider this your final notice."
Don't press 9, people! It'll probably send you to like India or something... ugh. How annoying.. how illegal.. I thought robocalls were against the law now?
THIS IS A VERY ANNOYING CALLER. I WISH THEY WOULD STOP CALLING ON MY CELL PHONE. THANK GOD I DON'T HAVE A LANDLINE. THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE EITHER. THIS PERSON HAS BEEN CALLING MY CELL PHONE FOR THE PASS 2-3 WEEKS AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES A DAY. THEY ARE WASTING MY TIME ON MY CELL PHONE AND I AM BEING CHARGED EVERYTIME FOR RECEIVING A STUPID CALL LIKE THIS. THIS NEEDS TO STOPPED NOW AND THE NUMBER THAT I AM REPORTING IS 305-000-4839. STOP CALLING..........................................................ENOUGH! IS ENOUGH.

I never answer calls I do not know the number for so glad to know this is the same call I have been receiving at work. Got one on home line today. Now I am gonna report this number to one of the largest companies in the world, where I work and see what the lawyers have to say about it.
I have call blocker activated on my land line. When I get any call with "000" as part of the number I just add it to my call blocked list. I also add any other calls that may be suspicious or robocalls. These people don't abide by the "do not call" list and figure the fine is part of doing their scam business.
