When I pushed "9" to speak to an operator, he was very rude asking me how I could speak for everyone in the house about not wanting a lower interest rate on our credit cards (not having any idea who they had even called!) in reply to this call. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the man asked me why, and I told him he was being rude. He told me he wasn't being rude and I replied that I asked him to take my number off his list, and he HUNG UP ON ME!
This specific number called my cell phone twice, but a similar number has called my cell repeatedly and hung up on my husband the other evening!
This was an automated call where the Caller ID said "Flordia Call" It was at a pre-recorded call from "Cardholder Services" asking me to lower my interest rate and to speak to a customer service rep to press 9.
I did so, and the person asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I told him that I was on the Indiana Do Not Call List and that he was violating the Law and to stop calling. He replied by yelling in the phone I DONT CARE, and then hung up on me. Since then they have been calling every 4 hours like clock work, day or night. I have already registered the call with the Indiana District Attorneys office, but until I submit the report in paper, I was told there isn't much I can do.
EXCHANGE 000 TO EXCHANGE 199 ARE INVALID. "NATIONALNANPA.COM" LIST ALL AREA CODES AND VALID EXCHANGE NUMBERS. THEY ARE CROOKS. IT'S TIME TO GET OUT THE OLD POLICE WHISTLE AND LET THEM HAVE IT. THEY ARE CORUPTING OUR PHONE SYSTEM. THEY MUST BE REPORTED.

I don't understand where they got my cell phone number from. I just changed my number because I was getting harassed by someone else and now I've gotten this call. I haven't listened to my voicemail, nor have I answered the phone. Is it possible to block this number as well as others from calling your cell through you carrier?
