Problem I didn't request any cash advance and they waste your phone minutes.

I get a text message (as early as 6 am) about getting cash.  Who can I report this abuse to?

Same deal. i get them nearly everday, all from a 305 (miami) area code. i keep replying 'stop' but i'll get the same message from another 305 number
