The exact same thing happens to me. For the last two weeks or so I've been getting a call from this number at least once or twice per day - usually with no response on the other end of the line. This morning was the first time someone spoke when I picked up, asking if I was a sufferer of chronic pain. Now I can officially know to block this number in my phone.
Got another call TODAY, again. Same old thing. I answered this time. NO ONE RESPONDED. Just hung up.
Called back. Nothing but a BUSY SIGNAL!
Guess filing another complaint to attorney general.

I received a call from this number at work. When I answered a man with a very strong Hindu accent said "Hello? Hello?" and then started in on his pitch, which I couldn't understand. I simply hung up. Definitely a scam!!
