The exact same thing happens to me. For the last two weeks or so I've been getting a call from this number at least once or twice per day - usually with no response on the other end of the line. This morning was the first time someone spoke when I picked up, asking if I was a sufferer of chronic pain. Now I can officially know to block this number in my phone.
I have posted twice on whocallsme. NO Caller I.D.. NO one answers. Call back gets BUSY SIGNAL.
Reported to attorney general almost a month ago.
A-holes keep calling and I am going to do the only thing left to do... use a blow-horn in their ear.

its really annoying when they call you're cell phone 10 -12 times day, and its always during the Holidays for me,
the number 1 - 305 -203 - 3981 you would think our phone providers would wise up by now and block this number from calling anyone, T-mobile sucks sometimes i tell ya
