It's a scam!  The IRS would never call you.  They would send you a formal letter.

Caller left message saying the IRS is filing a law suit against me.

Same as above.  Just loved the part where they say they "cops will come pick you up".  Like who really talks like that??

do not answer calls from numbers you don't know.  even if you don't fall for their scam, they will keep calling once they know they have a live working number.  don't answer and block the call.
