Hello, I am constantly getting calls from this phone number. I am on the do not call list cell phone list. How can I have them stop? I use my phone for business and it's highly annoying, when you're out for dinner with clients, and this number keeps calling you. Help!

PS: They're calling from the 305-328-9833 phone number.
They have been calling me for several years now.They always ask for "Fred Johnson".I used to just save the # as BS and ignore.
I have tried the DNC list more than once.Result,nothing and more calls.
I have tried explaining that I am not Fred Johnson and am not interested in any offer.Result,more calls.
I have tried telling them not to call me again.Result,more calls.
I have tried the threat of legal action for continued calls.Result,more calls.They operate out of country so U.S. laws are useless.
I have tried rudeness and vulgarity.Result,more calls with rudeness and vulgarity returned, with the additional claim that I am Fred Johnson reguardless.
I used to let it pi** me off but now I just look them up on the web and find the 1-800 # for ordering.I tell them I am Fred Johnson and would like to renew my prescription.Then I lay the phone down and watch a movie.I occasionally check the connection and call back if dead.They already have my # and the call is free for is free for me.But somebody on that end pays for it.If everyone did this...............:)
