they told me that the name of the company was American Safety Bath. I told them I was on the do not call list and asked also for the main number of their company. this person told me she did not know the number. I asked what number she called if she needed to call in sick. she told me that she would call her manager. I told her that I would like to know the main number of the company. she hung up.
Not recognizing area code, and not knowing anyone who's number comes up as "Wireless Caller", I pick up and hold a button down. This irritates most humans, but the "woman" talked over it, asking for a family member. After a few seconds, asked for a person not living here, then hung up. Same caller called from 779-201-4191 one minute later with "QVD" as ID and we went through the same charade. This is happening frequently, with back to back calls from 2 different "callers" and the same soul-less female voice.
Please ask family, friends, or a senior support group to help you install a phone call blocking device. They range in cost from $40+. They are not hard to use & many will block area codes as well as individual numbers. Should you happen to have children or grandchildren - start going 'hint! hint!'
