This number calls you, has a recorded message that offers to lower your credit card interest rate. If you ask to be removed, they call you names and curse at you. Foreign accents, possibly out of US. They are able to circumvent the do not call list. This company should be shut down.
Another lower your interest rate call, proving once again that the FTC is useless (they claimed to shut these idiots down). Resolved via blocking with my handy dandy Panasonic phone.
