This number calls us every day at our workplace and never says anything. As soon as we say our greeting they hang up on us. We have double checked this is no one that is in our call request database and appears to be a spam caller.

Do not give these scumbags any information--better yet, don't bother answering their calls. They are foreign scammers trying to get your credit card information. When they don't get their way, they resort to name calling, cursing, and saying other obscene things. They will never remove you from their list, because they have no list, since they random dial any possible working number combination. The Do Not Call list will not actually stop these people because they usually use VOIP where they can easily change their phone number constantly. (Remember Robobot "Rachel" with Card Services??). Regardless continue to report any suspicious number like these to the FTC, so they can track and sue more of them. They have gone after about 5 different entities so far.
