Hello.. I got the same call today. the guy had a deep accent and said he was sr officer david brown and said i had commited internet fraud and something about my social security number fraud. and that he was going to send 3 police officers to my house to arerst me. even had my addy. That is scary!!!!
I also received a phone call from "david brown"...the most american name in the book from a guy with a thick accent. he told me i owed him 904.00 by the end of the day or he was going to send police to my house and have me arrested. i called him back and asked him for the name of his company and if i can talk to his manager. he wouldnt tell me where he worked and cursed me off telling me i was a [***]..[***] this [***] that. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY. i called the miami police reporting him so hopefully something will be done to stop this scumbag.
David Brown also called me today and told me that I applied for a payroll advance and they deposited money into my acct and since I didnt pay it back I was going to Federal Prison. He read me all of my information down to my mothers maiden name and social. He told me that he was going to call my boss and get me fired. When I told my husband and gave him the number they told him that they were going to arrest all of my family and he was going to rape me and kill me. I also filed a police report and am waiting on a call back from the F.B.I. Financial crimes department. Later in the evening I called the number again and it was disconnected. SO BE CAREFUL HE MIGHT BE USING ANOTHER NUMBER!!
