The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
I've been getting repeat phone calls from this number. I've told them I dont have a card so take me off their call list. They keep calling. So today... just for kicks... I kept them on the line by asking stupid questions or just repeating what they tell me.... "what percentage rate did you say?" Which card is that for?" etc..... the young man was getting a little pissed at me... but I kept dangling him along. Finally he asked how old am I? lol I said "old enough to be your mother"... then he asked if I was a virgin.... I replied "is your mother a virgin?" Then I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said okay and put me on hold..... for about 2 minutes. reconnected and realized I was still on the line. I said "still waiting for your surpervisor Sonny...." and he finally disconnected.... lol No clue if I'll be called more often now or my number scratched from their list... guess we wait and see........
Got a call from this number and this person "Dan Roy" and "Robin Johnson" wanted to lower my credit cards interest rates, they are not from a bank and the web site they claim is theirs is; http://resourcefulbudgeting.com/welcome/services
beware it's a scam as i got a call from my real CC Bank that it was being tampered with and fraudulent charge was attempted.
I closed that account and will have a new card issued.
