Received this call around 9:00 a.m.  Since I have a family member who needs to sleep it is very annoying to get calls before 11:00 a.m.  There was no company name on CID, just "Florida".

Cannot really stop them. The number showing on your caller ID is usually false.  They generate via computer and the computer is actually calling you. Federal Do Not Call List cannot stop it, neither can your state as the number computer cannot be traced. As far as blocking them, they regularly change their number to get around your block number. The only way I get satisfaction is to get to an individual and blast them with my whistle.
