The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!
Please report these scam / spam operators to the FCC. The more complaints made, the sooner action will be taken. The online complaint form is at: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
Received call at 1:51pm (ET), 4/15/14, caller ID showed number and "Cell Phone FL". Did not answer and they did not leave a message on my answering machine. Blocking number.
Call ID said Florida... I answered and the recording began... I set the phone down and let it run out... then hung up. Sounded like a questionable offer, most likely a scam related to credit card debt. I have NO credit cards so this was obviously a wide net thrown scam. If they cuss at me... they will be dealing with a master and I will reference their Momma and parts of their inadequate anatomy...hahaha. I can make a sailor blush ;o) Bring it on MF.
Received two calls today (4/15) from this number; first at about 11 am, and second at about 3 pm ET. I waited for a live person to speak with on both. The first time I told them I wanted them to remove me from their call list and told them I'd report the number to the FCC. The second time, a few hours later, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was promptly disconnected. I just blocked this number.
