same here, I NEVER have had credit cards, have been living at this number for 8+ years now and I keep receiving these calls, multiple numbers, same "credit card services" scam.
One possibility to avoid calls from the card service scammers, is to block their incoming calls. Start out by blocking the ENTIRE 305 and 360 area codes, as these are the ones most commonly used by this "cell" of card service scammers. Also it is advisable not to answer calls from numbers you are not familiar with, ESPECIALLY those from out of your local area and area code. NEVER return a call to a number seen on caller id that does not leave a message, as this will set you up for an increased volume of unwanted calls. Some people believe in reporting each call as a violation of the do not call registry, but the value of this is questionable, as most, if not all of the numbers they use are spoofed (false).
I have done the "do not call list" and it is a waste of time. I am getting up to 8 calls per day now and I do not pick up the phone. I am not well and need rest but that is impossible with these idiots calling all the time. I do not know how to block numbers so can anyone help me out???
