I spoke with Verizon nuisance calls dept. They say these losers are usually called from outside of the US and are only looking for bank information, so they are complete scammers. TELEMARKETING scams are on the rise. Never give out personal information over the phone. Not home address, full name, full social, banking and credit card information or other personal information.
If you cant receive it in the mail, it is not worth your time. If you can't think about it and call them back, then it is not worth your time. Better yet, if the number is out of your calling area and suspicious DONT PICK UP.
