I can't get them to stop calling. This time, I pressed one to speak to an operator. I politely asked how I could get them to stop calling me. The answer: "lower your credit card rate". My response: "I don't need my credit card rate lowered; I pay my balances each month. How do I get you to stop calling me? Response back: "I told you, lower your credit card rate!" I hung up.
