These jerkoffs have been using the same scam for years. They say they will lower your credit card interest but all they want is your account # so they can rip you off.
Oh yes, the no call list- - HA HA HA HA HA HA!! Useless! File a complaint and read what it says "we do not investigate individual complaints but add the number to a data base that law enforcement CAN access." Sure, sure. Like the over-burdened and short-handed law enforcement agencies are out there looking for more work that they cannot handle. The no call list is a joke and anyone who does not know it by now is either living in a cave or just not paying attention. If it worked like it is supposed to this site would not exist.
I am registered with the national no call and my State no call list yet I continually get these calls and not just this one. I have a policy to never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number or the name of the called but I always report the number to my no call sponsors National or local. They inturn search out these callers and if located they are brought into a court of law and if found guilty face fines upwards of $10,000.00. Both landlines and cell phone can be registered without cost to you. I would advise everyone who reads this post to get your phone numbers registered at https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx
