Why do these people call @ 8:45 AM and don't say anything  then called back it constantly busy  put it on the do not call list  lets see what  happens

idiots call on Thanksgiving morning at 8:41 a.m.  Never answered and they left no message.

They just called me too, on Thanksgiving Day at 9AM.  What's up with that?  It has to be an autodialer because no human could be that stupid, or could they???
