Hung up as soon as I answered. The id said Florida.
I tried to call them back to see what they want. I get the busy signal when I tried calling them back.
Fortunately I have OOMA, so that I can block them from future calls (It says that this number is disconnected). However, their robo-call machines will just use another number to call from next time.
I get calls from this group at least weekly, though my number is on do-not-call registry. Recorded msg says it's about "your credit card", then connects to live person at "card services" who asks if you want a lower interest rate. Maybe it's telemarketing to sell a credit card, or more likely phishing to try and get your current card info. When I said I was on do-not-call list, and that I know you probably need a job but your employer is violating laws, she started cursing at me with "f*** you" and "c**t" vocabulary, and sounded like she was relishing the verbal sparring that ensued. This number comes up as a cell phone, but I could hear all the other callers in the background, so it could be a "spoofed" phone number (the click and delay is it being transferred to the call center)
