Incoming call picked up quickly with no answer.
Call back returned Not in Service or Disconnected message.
Reverse look-up =  Owner: Bell Atlantic in Miami.

I just received a call from this number at FLORIDA 305-388-0245 but no one was on the other end when I answered it.  Not going to waste my time to call it back.

called here to Texas from 305-355-0245 in Florida. No idea why but hung up before I could answer.

Calls from Miami that puzzle us.  Too crooked to leave a simple message:

Just got a call from this number at 4:02PM on 7/12/13. Caller ID said Miami, FL. I did not answer and no message was left. I called this number back and got a recording that the number has been disconnected. Go figure!
