I don't know who this is. I am afraid they are trying to get my banking information.

They tried to call and say I was registered for maintenance. My computer was running fine

Keeps saying he's my tech support. Last time he called I was on the phone with my tech support

Call from this number on my cell--did not pick up--but checked the number on the computer--I never pick up--if they want to leave message they could.  I don't fall for scammers.
