Sept 3, 2015 called at 4:20 in the afternoon. Identified himself as a Dell technician calling to make sure everything went ok with his technical support of my computer. The thing was, I had just had tech support from Dell for real and thought this guy was legit. Same deep accent, same hocus pocus as the other posters here. Be careful out there!!!!
