Received a call, from Francesca Ormeno... Nueratel or Nuera Telecom. They don't care about the do-not-call list. They have been calling for 2 years, and I keep reporting them.
Please, get all the information and report them, and eventually they will be fined and will stop calling us.

Get basic info: Telemarketer's name, Telemarketer's phone, Day and time of the call.
3 times a day. for the last month.
I have reported them to the Canadian Gov. as I am on a No Call List. They will be found prosecuted. It takes one month for Can Gov to investigate.... we have fined 3 companies already under this new law...can't wait.
Also I have used goolge translator to give them an earful every time they call
I have received more than 10 calls from this #. I have never answer them. I believe is from a long distance calling service, the ones that give you a phone # or pin to make international calls at low rates. I suspect this because they started when a friend told me somebody is going to call me to explain me how it works, and all charges.... , I don't know the name of the company.
