I got a call from this number and didn't answer it. I ended up calling back because I'm expecting an important call where I wouldn't recognize the originating number. I got an incomprehensible Indian man who said something about "technical department". When I tried to get him to say it comprehensibly he hung up on me. I'm blocking.
