Trying to find out who this is that keeps calling my phone.

Called my cell phone twice [28 Oct 2013].  I don't pay for incoming calls, but I blocked this number anyway [no idea who this might be].

Received call from this # today (10/30/13). Call my cell phone and only let it ring for a short period then hung up. I did not answer and have no idea who this could be. I do not know anyone from FL. I am sure it is a telemarketer.

called and did not leave a message
