a woman called me telling me that a texas post officer wanted to talk to me and asked me if i wanted to have that call in english or spanish , so i asked her , if it was a texas post office why the zip code was not , and she said that she was calling from a cell phone and i said anyway the zip code is not from texas and he insisted that if i wanted to have that conversation in english or spanish i told her that i prefered to be contacted by mail she asked me again if i wanted to have that contat being made in english or spanish , i just hanged up. all this conversation was in spanish and this lady had an strong central american accent and semeed like she did not talk english , i think that as soon as you accept to be transfered to the " post officer " they conect your call to a long distance out of U.S.
