I received another call from the same guy Jack Bonner using phone numbers 305-507-4761& 646-205-3834. He said he was with Bonner and Associates law firm. I have been getting these calls on and off for the last 1 year and a hlaf. They always say its from a pay day loan that was never paid back. I never took out a pay day loan. What the heck am I supposed to do? How do I get rid of these annoying and harassing phone calls? How do they get so much of our personal info.?
The important thing to remember is if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

This very rude man called from this number saying I had received funds into my bank from an online company and when the company tried to retrieve the funds, the bank dishonored the draft. This is totally bogus. My bank has policies to which I adhere and even if this were the case, my bank would not have dishonored a draft without my knowledge. I got the same ending message, "if we don't hear from you or your attorney, Good Luck!"
Man by the name of Mark Smith left me a voice mail message from this number & was very abrupt & rude. The exact message stated- THIS IS MARK SMITH MY PHONE NUMBER IS 305-507-4745 DON'T IGNORE MY CALL YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY RETURN MY CALL NOW IF YOU DONT ALL I CAN SAY IS GOD BLESS YOU YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THE RESULTS I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IGNORING MY PHONE CALL. Well I guess the law will have to come & get me because I am not returning his phone call. I am a law abiding citizen, therefore his threats do nothing for me. He does not explain who he is with or why I need to return his phone call or why I need to have a lawyer contact him. I don't care who he is, I will not be returning anyones call who leaving me a message like that. CRAZY!
Very rude guy called me several times, stating that money was owed and that I should have my lawyer contacted regarding this serious matter or else. Then he said "Good luck in a threating way...
