Just received the same call about a 8000.00
Debt. He told me that the police will come tomorrow for me.
The scary part is he knew the last four digits of my SSN
He told me that my job would find out about the fraud
I asked him when did it happen he could not answer.
I told him to talk to my lawyer but he wanted the information
I told him that people will call him. This is crazy and scary that ppl
May have your information but their day will come

The 1st time said his name was Kevin heavy accent said he would send paperwork on debt from pay day loan. I have never taken out a payday loan. The second time same man said his name was Austin and that I had a school debt loan..I do not have this either. Said they would send someone to my house and send paperwork...I would not verify anything.
I got the same call and was cussed said they was an officer,said they would send paper to local courts and id be in trouble. Ive not had any loans and they accused me of having 3000.00 with a loan if that eas the case id be out of my debt at this time.. They are a scam and they are being reported for harrassment
John Marshall and Kevin Watson were names associated with this number. Just received 3 back-to-back calls from them. They refused to send me paperwork regarding this "so-called" debt. I didn't answer the additional 2 times. Both voicemails left were threatening. Both men with heavy accents.
Just received this call from john marshall same number. threating me about a old cash advance, which was 300.00. They said I will be put in jail on monday and I should go to the police and turn myself in and get an attorney. They said I now owe 8000.00 for this debt. I told them to send legal papers, they said that they sent E-Mails, to an old Email address I never use anymore. I told them that they need to serve me with papers then hung up. He called back and asked why I hung up and I told him im done talking with him and to serve me then!
Isnt the federal credit bureau, for credit reports or something, they wouldnt even have to authority to call and threaten me. The leagal aspects should come from prosecutor office right?
