I did not answer the call and no message was left.  I called the number back twice and got voicemail that said "leave your name and number and a representative will call you back".  The mailbox was full and taking no new messages.  Must be a collector or solicitor.

Asking for donation for FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) next time I get pulled over I'm going to ask them for a donation... lets see what happens.
