CallerID was "INSURANCE SRVC" and outside of my locality- They left no VM; I called back with another number and it went straight to a computerized msg identifying itself as a marketing msg, and allowing me to put my number into a DNC.
That may or may not be legit, so I'm recording it here to see if it comes back.

Calls multiple times per day to business line. When I pick up, nothing happens until disconnect from other end after 15 seconds. Caller ID reads "SERVICEMSG"
I called number back and was given 2 options;
1) enter my number "after the beep" to have it removed. However, there was no beep and any attempt to enter told me to wait for the beep.
2) talk to live operator, but instead was forwarded to "this mailbox is full" message.
Worst part for me is no way to simply block the number from ringing through on our system. ;(
