Calling saying I had money deposited into my checking account on a certain date as the result of a payday loan. I told them that I have pulled up my checking account on line for that day, and that there was no record of any money being deposited into my account on that day. They told me that I would be arrested at my office by 2pm on the day of the phone call. As I work at the Courthouse, I had an associate call the local Sheriffs' dept and ask them if they had a warrant for me. Guess What........They didn't. This is a HUGE SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN CALLING THEM BACK
These people are idiots........they threatened to have me arrested and detained until a court date in 2 days........after I threatened them, the were very rude, obnoxious and blatantly STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS PHONE NUMBER......IT'S A FRAUD AND SIMPLY SUCKS!!!!!
Called my home that doesnt id my name just the phone no...left a message stating would come get my son at his job take him to court house...I telephone him and explained the attorney generals office and FDCPA rules...bunch of uneducated collectors.
Caller was a foreigner by the name of Sean Paul. Stated that I had better have my attorney call him and if I did not respond then the Courts would deal with me. I really didnt understand them so called abck and voice mail is full.
