I have been getting repeated calls from 305-810-8167 with messages that my loan is approved. The non English as a first language man says he's from GE Capital Bank and his name seems to be John Morris. Other calls have been coming in repeatedly each day from many other strange numbers and others with no caller ID displayed over the last 4 days.

I have received the same call saying I was approved for a loan at a low rate of 10% no terms could be told. His name was John Morris from Ge Capital Bank. Asked me how much I wanted to borrow. How can I be approved for a loan and you not be able to tell me what I qualify for? The line was disconnected and they repeatly called 7 times in a row! Not professional
No actual bank ever cold calls someone about giving them credit, including GE Bank which is being divested from GE and renaming itself. Unless you actually applied to them, why would they call you? The Caller ID has been changed to indicate GE Bank and make you think they want to give you a loan. The next step will be for you to send them money to "prove" that you can make the payment or for "fees, taxes, or bank transfer costs". This will have to be done in a manner in which once they get your money you will never see it again (Western Union, Moneygram, or green Dot cards, et. al.)
No these people are not professionals, they do not work for GE Bank nor any other legitimate bank or organization. They are simply criminals.
