Tony Williams called my cell phone saying he was notifying me that someone was attempting to file suit against me. Said the docs were sealed and I should call 877-839-4960 to get info. Provided me with a case #. Said he was a courier and he usually serves in person so he was doing me a favor calling me because they left contact info. Carson Lee Associates has my case. Can't find info on Carson Lee. I won't be calling. I owe no one and if someone as suing me they'd have to file in court and I'd be notified. Waiting, but not all.
Exactly. He called again on 9/28 asking if I called the number. I said no and I wasn't. He said he'd be out to my place of work or home to serve me on Friday. I asked if he could verify those locations. He said he wouldn't have that until my service date. He asked if I wanted him to call me in advance. I told him to do what he wanted. He called my cell on Friday (as promised). I didn't answer. Said he was coming today to serve me at home or work. A bunch of malarkey. Don't owe anyone, and process servers, as far as I know, don't call you to tell you they're coming out.
