got a call from this number314 21802199.they where very rad and fighting with me asking me who i was over and over then telling them to [***] off and hung up
I have been getting calls from the 314-218-2199 for months now. I have not answered them on my cell since I do not recognize the number but I have been getting calls at work from someone leaving a message to call him at the 800-298-0978. I did speak to someone the first time they called and informed them that I could not take this call at work and whatever they needed to discuss with me would have to wait. I have never received and debt validation in the mail to my knowledge but my employer has received two letters from the Specified Credit asking to verify my employment. He has not answered them back and keeps putting them away. Until they send me something in black and white as they are required to do, they will just have to keep leaving messages. I got a call from 314-218-2199 from a Mr. Joseph who first identified himself as an attorney representing a company that presumed I owed them money. I politely informed him of why I didnt owe the company money. He then blurted out that I must have illegally come up with this information and that he was in the process of submitting documentation to take me to court for the money. I chuckled and restated what he said, adding so your accusing me of committing a criminal offense. He then raised his voice, stating "Why don't you be a man and pay my client?" I once again chuckled and restated him, "So now im an less than a man?" I politely informed him that our conversation was over and that I would like him to not contact me anymore. I received two more calls from this individual, posing as an attorney. The third time, because of his unprofessional behavior, raising his voice and yelling at me, accusing me of criminal acts, and being less than a man, I asked for his superior. He gave me the name Alex Carson, not his superior, then asked him who he represented, he said SCA. I politely once again asked him not to contact me becuase of his unprofessional behavior. But this time I called the number back, it came back as out of service. I then went online and found the company name, Specified Credit Associated, located on 2388 Schuetz Rd, St. Louis, MO. 63146. I called the company and spoke with Alex Carson, who finally found my account after a laborous search as if I did not exist in their database. He informed me that the office manager is actually Dave Stone x201 and that Mr. Daniel Joseph did work there. I am in the process of informing the BBB and teh FCC.

DAVID STONE IS AN ALIAS VARADY USES. DANIEL JOSEPH IS ALSO AN ALIAS AND IS NOT AN ATTORNEY. MICHAEL VARADY WAS ARRESTED LAST YEAR FOR BRIBING A PUBLIC SERVANT WHO ILLEGALLY SUPPLIED HIM WITH CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION, WAGE AND UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS INFORMATION AND CHILD SUPPORT GARNISHMENT INFORMATOIN.
This number called my cell phone saying they had an account turned over for collection. It had to do with an old health bill of my husbands, that had been taken care of. It has nothing to do with me, and it was my cell phone he called. I told him not to call my cell again, and he said he would. I said..you are not to call my number again, do you understand. Bill collectors are not to harrass people.. He said he would.
