I got a call from this number to my 1800 call center phone number saying that have legal documentation for me, my co workes gave mailing address, they are a scam I advise my attorney and when you call back and the number is not ins service it is something not legal. These people is using info obtain from internet to try to collect money
After they took $350 from me, I was unable to come up with the balance that they said was due. At that point, a Mr. Dan Joseph told me to get the phonebook and find someone to represent me because I was going to get hauled into court. Very scary what these people say to you - You never know if they are legitimate or not. He told me they were done dealing with liars like me that make broken promises. Is this something I should be worried about?
I kinda put together that I had where I worked on my FaceBook and it was private but they can hack into it. so im guessing he did googled my work number and now is harrasing me at work he only has that number and only knows my first name?? but I have not talked to him yet all the girls at work have ha wont leave his name and im guessing from all this he is just a con artist trying to steal peoples money and the police said that they cant do anything about it so i guess he will keep doing it and get dumb peoples money and info
ALSO you guys who giv info and money over the phone NEVER DO THIS!! if you have dept and a company calls you you have them mail you an invoice " do not give them your address they should have it" and if they do not they can get it from the company the dept started from odds are if they do not have it they are fake. If you recieve no invoice it was a fake get all the places you owe together and put them in a folder and know who you owe u never have to give anyone anything over the phone i have some dept trust me and never NEVER have been asked to go to court but thats just with a few diffrent cards. if they want you to go to court you ask who are you with and you go to that company in person and talk with them.
