I went to the first interview and they didnt give me any info about the company.
I was called for a second interview and asked me to bring pen and paper.
They offered me 35,000-40,000 a year.

I too "got accepted" for both interviews and said I was hired. I asked many questions, which none were answered, only to tell me to show up for the orientation and all questions would be answered. Now, as I think about it, there was no company name on the building, nor did I see anything with their name on it "american Advantage", and I went to look up their website, and there is nothing there for a frangrance company under the name "American Advantage". We were told in the 2nd interview that we could go to a website to view their management tools, and again, there was no such website. I am not going to go to the orientation. The girl that interviewed us was April. She never did say what her last name was. Very disappointed that I was almost scammed. Luckily I went with my gut feelings, and did some research.
Just got the first call and wouldn't give me address or phone # so pulled on web and got all these notes on #. April was Rude and said had to call me back to set interview. BEWARE!!!!! Thanks for all these tips.
I was contacted by this phone number as American Advantage for an office manager interview and from a different number for Worldwide Designs for an office manager interview. Two different women, two different company names, two different phone numbers but they said THE EXACT SAME THING! "Attitude is more important than experience", "Do you have reliable transportation?" "We need someone to be there Monday through Friday, 9-5."
It was uncanny! Both people asked me to come in for interviews the SAME DAY AS THE CALL! I scheduled the first interview with WorldWide Designs for a later day and did my research before deciding to not show up. This time I told the woman that I didn't recall submitting my resume to them and was wondering what site it was through. I told her an interview for today was extremely short notice and that I had three children as well as the ice storm going on outside! She asked me to call Monday morning and check back to see what positions were open then. This makes no sense as generally there is only one office manager.
