I received a call from 314-269-0434 first they call my cell phone and left a message then they called my work line. I answered and they hung up when I did not give my name. It is fortunate that I am the person answering the phones. It was a Indian sounding man saying his name was David call from THE LAW FIRM and he had a case against me going to court today. That unless I wanted to be arrested I should call him back today to avoid being arrested.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY... I did not call him back I looked up this phone number to see if it was on the scam call list and sure enough. Someone should really do something about these people harrasing hard working people.
I got the same call I wish there was something we can do to report this people unreal I saved the called and going to call the police I hope they can help...
I received a call from 657-202-6991 requesting I call 314-269-0434 in regards to a case being filed against me. This is a scam. I spoke to "attorney" Sandra Jones, strong foreign accents. She claims to work for Merchant Greene Law Firm. Claims I have a payday loan from Cash Advance of which I have never done business with. I have received several hone call from various number over the past several years regarding this issue, and this compaany. I was called by "NYPD", and serveral so called law offices. Each time have given my lawyers name and phone number telling them any legal issues can be discussed with my lawyer. They take the number, or refuse to call my lawyer. Once you confront them with this all being a SCAM. They will either become rude and evil, or they just hang up. By law, you have the right to request proof of the debit, they refuse to send that to you. It is all a SCAM trying to use intimidation tatics to steel your money. Tell them exactly where they can go. No lawyer is going to call you to tell you they are filling a Federal Case against you, and in addition, it is against the law for them to threaten you with legal action as they do.

In the meantime, you are going to have to do whatever you can to protect yourself. That includes letting them know they are running a scam and are reporting them to the authorities.
