I received a call at 9:45 AM EST, I had purchased a call Blocker device so I have now blocked this number specifically as well as the entire 314 area code. I am also filing a complaint with the do not call, however spammers are not registered with them either so they don't check the list because they are illegal, if more people would file complaints perhaps they could go after the illegal people.
Report it and they will do something? Go sit by your fireplace, Santa will be coming soon!!
The ONLY defense is to get a call blocking device, and a large one, and add the numbers the FIRST time they call. If EVERYONE did that, telemarketers would soon have no one left to call, and thereby, go out of business. I can block over 400 numbers, and I'm only up to 54 at this point. In addition, there is an app I downloaded to my cell phone that blocks 1000 numbers.
This government passes laws they never enforce, or have you not reviewed CURRENT immigration law, for instance???
