The caller claimed they were from babytobee.com and that she was following up on a request for free information and free samples. No one from my household ever request or signed up with this company or any other baby related company. This appears to be an attempt to side step the Federal No Call List by claiming a prior relationship.
This number is for babytobe.com. They supposely give away free baby stuff to expecting parents.They probably got your numbers from a "free gift" add, such as winning a free PC. For me, it was winning a Dell.
I did not answer the first time I got a call from this number, but since my cell phone is used 99% for work, when they called back a couple of minutes later I did answer. The caller wanted to speak to Marie (I don't know anyone named Marie)and when I said they had the wrong number, the caller said they were from Baby 2 Be and were calling about my registration on their site for free baby stuff. I told them I don't have, nor will I EVER have children. They then asked me if Marie was avaialble. Hello.......what part of WRONG NUMBER was not clear?
I've got two calls from this number (314-315-4870) and that was after I registered in babytobee and parent.com and when I answered I got that sound in the background like everybody said..like when you plug a USB any way a lady answered after I kept sayin (hello, hello....hellooooooooo) so she said congratulations blah bleh and this is from baby to bee and we want to confirm your info so i gave them wrong details oh and she said the call is recorded any way she said you are now confirmed and will receive samples and free stuff from us any way I do gave them my true mail..so two days later I've got the same call with a different lady..sayin the same crap..but with more questions uh i was like nooooooooooo thanks i don't want any of this and she kept offering me to subscribe in more stuff and i was noooooooooo any way thats what happened with me...
