Who called from 3143286186

I keep receiving calls from this number, 3 to 4 a day some days. When I answer no one is there and when I call the number o get a recording that the number is not in service.

314-328-6186 calls several times every day. when I ask who they are the Hispanic woman hangs up. cannot call back.

Called 7 times today reported to do not call list.  They are looking into it

Person on the other line tells me they are my medical specialist.  I ask to be taken off their list and not to call.  I am then put on "hold".  In calling back, I also got the not in service recording for this number.
