Who called from 3143286186

There calling multiple times daily. They leave no message. When I call them back recording says this number is not in service.

This is terrible.  Get this call multiple times a day, several days a week with no one on the phone.  This needs to stop.

If you block it, they will begin calling from a number one digit higher.  I've gotten calls this week from numbers ending in 6184, 6185, and 6186.

it was a missed call on my cell. tried to call back "not in service" the number on my phone id was 1-314-328-6186. they left no message. they called at 3:46 p. 12/2/15
