I just received this call at my cell phone. They don't talk to me, and the second time they call me, they don't leave a message. I'm from Puerto Rico. So if this is a scam, is all around the world.
FYI, me too. I'm in Shoreline Washington. My phone is through Skype~ an on-line computer phone, not cell or land line. My phone is used primarily for business conference calls. Numerous incoming calls from this number that I have not answered because of being in the unknown, with no message left, so I checked in here to see what is going on. Thanks to you all, I now have this 314# blocked. Bye bye to this scammy thing. Thank you everyone. Together we can fight this.
