They have called my cell several times today and leave no message. I answered once and the call was disconnected. The number is listed as Magellan Healthcare.
This is a place of business. Not a scam. They deal with PHI and HIPPA medical information. The reason for ID confirmation is following protocol, as to not violate these statutes.
If it's not a scam and the call is valid, then they should leave a voicemail explaining why they're calling. I don't answer calls I don't recognize. It is interesting to me that scammers never leave a message... and neither does Magellan.
